Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior QA Analyst in Leawood, KS. Responsibilities:
Junior QA Analyst will perform data cleanup and QA tasks on client data
Review and verify data outputs in PDF and Excel formats
Address a backlog of client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with the implementation team to understand data requirements
As a Junior QA Analyst, you will document findings and report any discrepancies
Contribute to efforts to expedite the backlog clearance
Requirements
High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Some college coursework in a related field is a plus
Basic understanding of data quality principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF tools
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
