Your new role
Testing Oversight: Manage testing for WPB application changes, ensuring they meet customer expectations and tracking defects before release.
Project Test Planning: Prepare for testing by estimating resources, planning, scoping, and identifying necessary data and environments.
Documentation and Task Coordination: Create and review testing documents, coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
Validation and Team Collaboration: Support live release validations and collaborate with software, change delivery, marketing, and operations teams.
Standards and Governance Compliance: Use testing standards, attend project meetings, provide updates, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with objectives and governance.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Experienced in User Acceptance Testings (UAT)
Have worked on Agile methodologies is a bonus
Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin and able to converse in Cantonese as you will be supporting China and Hong Kong region
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for this position
