Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Quality Analyst to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates or individuals looking to start a career in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
As a Junior QA Analyst, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure our applications meet quality standards and deliver an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- execute manual test cases and test plans
- Identify and report software defects
- Document testing results and findings
- Perform functional and regression testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Assist in preparing test documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track bugs using defect tracking tools
- verify bug fixes and retest applications
- Maintain test cases and testing reports
- Participate in testing meetings and reviews
- Ensure product quality and performance standards
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Basic understanding of business operations and processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Visio, or PowerPoint is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling or Agile methodology is a plus
