Role Overview:
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone with a passion for quality and a keen interest in food safety standards. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our quality assurance initiatives under FSSC 22000 guidelines while assisting the R&D team in the development of new products and processes. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in quality control, regulatory compliance, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and maintaining FSSC 22000 standards across the production processes.
Monitor and ensure adherence to food safety and quality procedures.
Support the R&D team with product development.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with food safety standards.
Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports related to quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality and safety issues.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of FSSC 22000 and food safety standards is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
Good understanding of laboratory practices and product testing procedures.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
