As a Junior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality and customer specifications. You’ll be heavily involved in core quality processes, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC monitoring, while supporting new product launches and driving corrective actions.

You’ll act as a link between production, customers, and engineering teams, ensuring quality issues are identified, addressed, and prevented.

Education:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications
• Facilitate and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans
• Conduct SPC monitoring and data analysis to identify trends
• Drive customer concerns and internal defects through 8D processes
• Issue, track, and close corrective action reports (CARs)
• Support containment actions and quality improvements
• Perform first-off inspections and production checks
• Track and report on quality KPIs
