At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer to join our Plant Vehicle Team based in Valencia.
Main Functions:
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, and warranty performance by analyzing warranty data, investigating customer concerns, examining returned parts, and participating in multifunctional concern resolution teams.
• Identify and define unresolved and potential customer concerns and their effects across all vehicle line markets.
• Support the implementation and verification of corrective actions and design changes for interior and exterior body engineering systems after root cause analysis, in conjunction with supplier, manufacturing plan and product development teams to achieve targets on quality indicators.
• Lead the collection of all necessary documents to resolve concerns.
• Review subsystem glide paths and ensure integrity.
• Support the development, validation, and launch of cost reduction/program year model design changes.
• Support the resolution of internal plant quality indicators and assembly process issues related to interior and exterior body engineering content.
• Support supplier reviews and establish specifications, develop work plans, investigate, and monitor test programs to ensure components meet performance, durability, and reliability objectives.
• Lead the investigation of white alert issues for interior and exterior body.
• Manual tracking. Bill of materials concerns.
• Meet the Justification documents set by the customer in a timely manner, efficiently using the time and resources at their disposal, ensuring excellence in the quality of work performed.
Requirements:
1- 3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
Bachelor´s Degee in Engineering: industrial, mechanical, design or similar.
Fluent in English.
Travel availability.
