Responsibilities:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with individuals in different functions
Passion for working within an international team
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated, professional work ethic & service-oriented and a hands-on approach
Good communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to read and write in English
Flexibility (different shifts – early morning, evening, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3 years of experience in a food processing facility, hospitality, high paced catering establishment with floor monitoring
Food Safety and Quality Assurance knowledge
Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems
Food Safety Certification, (including but not limited to SafeServ training
High School Diploma or equivalent required
HACCP Certified preferred
