About the Role

We are seeking for a Junior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) specialist to join our team. As a Junior SQA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and usability of our software products through testing, defect reporting, and close collaboration with development team. Your input will help enhance the user experience (UX) by identifying not only functional issues but also usability gaps.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design and execution of test cases and test plans.

Perform manual and automated tests to identify and report bugs.

Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and clarify requirements.

Track and document defects using tools such as Jira or similar tools.

Assist in QA processes for software releases and updates.

Provide feedback on usability and overall user experience from a QA perspective.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Solid understanding of software development and QA fundamentals.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to understand technical requirements and user scenarios.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Additional Skills

Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Awareness of UX principles and usability testing methods.
