Job Title: Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician
Job Description
The QA Lab Technician will perform a variety of duties within the facility, adhering to cGMP and BRC standards. Responsibilities include conducting QC checks on the floor and lab testing of raw materials and in-process products. The role involves advising on SOP updates, conducting internal audits, performing investigations and root-cause analysis, and completing data entry/reporting via Excel. The technician will communicate cross-functionally between all manufacturing departments and leadership, and must be able to work well both on a team and independently.
Responsibilities
Follow cGMP and BRC standards.
Perform QC checks on the floor and lab testing of raw materials and in-process products.
Advise on updating SOPs.
Conduct internal audits.
Perform investigations and root-cause analysis.
Complete data entry and reporting via Excel.
Communicate cross-functionally between all manufacturing departments and leadership.

Work Environment
The team includes an Assistant Quality Manager and three technicians on each shift. Per GMP guidelines, artificial nails, eyelashes, visible jewelry, and non-compliant attire are not permitted. Candidates must wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and long-sleeve shirts. A uniform and freezer jackets will be provided as technicians will be in and out of the freezer throughout the day.

Pay: From $19.95 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
