Job Description:
- Preparing and executing test cases for software applications.
- Reporting, documenting, and retesting software defects using issue tracking tools.
- Working closely with developers and senior testers to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
- Participating in different testing phases, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Supporting in automation and API testing activities
- Contributing to maintaining clear test documentation and results.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing & quality assurance.
- Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect reporting.
- Good knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) and testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or similar.
- Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge in at least one language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
