We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks, developing automated test suites across multiple platforms, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA professionals in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software through continuous testing and automation.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- Strong programming or scripting skills in at least one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as:
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Playwright
- Appium
- TestNG
- JUnit
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and test data management.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing cloud-native or microservices-based applications.
- Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Familiarity with test reporting tools such as Allure, Extent Reports, or similar.
- ISTQB certification is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
- Review automation code and promote best practices for test development.
- Analyze test execution results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and overall test reliability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools, frameworks, and testing best practices.
