My Leading Banking client are looking for a KYC Quality Assurance Review (AVP) to lead the QA team through a huge transformation programme. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and effectiveness of KYC reviews, managing a team of quality assurance professionals, and implementing process improvements to mitigate compliance and operational risks. This is a strategic role with opportunities to shape their KYC quality standards and strengthen their compliance framework.

The following skills / experience is required:
Strong KYC / AML background
Strong QA background
Good Review experience
Previously worked in Financial Services
Excellent communication skills
Salary: Excellent + bonus + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
