Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within our organization, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. The Quality Assurance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to established protocols.
Analyze data from quality audits and inspections to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions effectively.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant guidelines in all manufacturing processes.
Oversee the fabrication processes to ensure product quality from start to finish.
Manage the documentation related to quality management systems, including records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Train staff on quality assurance practices and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Stay updated on industry developments related to HACCP, ISO standards, and best practices in quality management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and QA/QC methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools for documentation and reporting.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
