Job Overview
AmerAdjust is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of our Quality Assurance Department. You will oversee claim review operations, ensure consistency and accuracy of field inspections and estimates, and implement quality control initiatives that meet or exceed carrier expectations. This is a remote position that requires a quiet, distraction-free workspace and occasional travel to support catastrophe events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
Lead bi-weekly QA updates and pre-storm readiness meetings with senior leadership, focusing on performance metrics and reviewer preparedness.
Gain and apply a deep understanding of carrier workflows to develop and refine internal QA procedures.
Build and manage a centralized library of best practices, estimating guidelines, and carrier-specific quality standards.
Design and implement onboarding and training programs for claim reviewers, establishing clear expectations and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with recruiting to onboard qualified claim reviewers and maintain a current roster for rapid deployment during CAT events.
Oversee a structured auditing program to assess quality, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistency in claim handling.
Manage review workflows and turnaround times in XactAnalysis and Claims Workspace to meet service-level goals.
Maintain documentation, lead process improvement efforts, and support strategic quality initiatives across the organization.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent military experience in leadership, logistics, operations, or risk management will also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims, estimating, and quality assurance in the insurance industry.
Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility estimating platforms.
Skilled in QA management systems such as XactAnalysis and Claims Workspace.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven experience collaborating with leadership and operational teams.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
