JOB DESCRIPTION:
Compound flavour samples according to given recipes
Take part in flavour creation and flavour evaluation (tastings)
Assist Flavourist on SAP work
Pack and dispatch flavour samples
Prepare flavour samples for application, product management and FTF departments, for tastings and for QC checks
Maintain laboratory cleanliness
Rinse glassware and put it into the dishwashers, empty dishwashers and put glassware back on location
Proxy other lab assistants (sweet, savoury) and the lab cleaners when necessary
Monitor stocks of raw materials and bottles and inform MRP Controller or Purchaser to order
Order lab supplies from purchasing or from local suppliers
Assign lab locations for new raw materials and flavours
Do other job-related duties as assigned by Flavourist, Head of Flavour Creation or Director R&D and Quality Affairs In addition to the tasks described above, the position holder is required to take over duties that belong to his general field of work and which are considered necessary for the benefit of Silesia.
Qualification & Requirements:
Experience:
As a Diploma holder, 2 years of work experience in food/chemical/pharma establishments in a similar role.
We also welcome more experienced applicants who may be considering returning to the job market after an extended break.
