We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Analyst to join our team and help us continue to raise the bar on care quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Position Overview
The Clinical Quality Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and improvement initiatives. You will work closely with care teams, providers, administrators, and IT professionals to ensure accurate data collection, meaningful reporting, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support quality improvement efforts across departments
Conduct clinical audits and documentation reviews
Assist with regulatory and funder reporting (e.g., CMS, HRSA, SC DHEC, Ryan White)
Generate and analyze reports using internal systems and EMRs (e.g., Athena, Provide Enterprise)
Serve as an EMR superuser and trainer to educate staff on data entry, reporting, and QA tools
Develop and implement annual quality plans and ongoing improvement strategies
Collaborate with IT and software teams to optimize system performance and data accuracy
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality metrics, grant requirements, and care standards
Provide education to staff and leadership on QA initiatives, reporting, and compliance tools
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 4 years of equivalent primary care QM experience)
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare quality assurance and data analysis
Familiarity with Provide Enterprise and Athena is strongly preferred
Excellent communication and training skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable transportation to travel between local facilities as needed

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
