Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, documenting findings accurately.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with HACCP guidelines and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance product integrity.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality inspection or assurance roles within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with HACCP and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
