Responsibilities:
Quality Champion: Test and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet high standards.
Problem Solver: Identify and manage products that don’t meet quality standards.
Safety Guardian: Perform and document quality and food safety checks to ensure compliance with requirements.
Audit Expert: Conduct quality audits and monitor electronic systems to maintain company standards.
Analytical Guru: Test products and raw materials for various attributes like color, fat content, and flavor.
Innovator: Recommend improvements to quality and production standards.
Material Inspector: Assess incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications.
Tech Savvy: Use the Trace Gains tracking system and maintain lab equipment.
Environmental Steward: Conduct environmental sampling and ensure compliance with the Environmental Monitoring Program.
Team Player: Attend daily shift transition meetings and assist in training new technicians.
Documentation Pro: Create and maintain documents on SharePoint and ensure accuracy.
Safety Auditor: Conduct monthly food safety inspections and maintain a clean work area.
Data Analyst: Enter and track test results, generate graphs for QA KPIs, and evaluate test data.
Customer Liaison: Prepare Certificates of Analysis for customers and validate incoming material COAs.
Special Projects: Participate in various projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
