Minimum 10-15 years in Testing/Quality Engineering
Experienced in creating a comprehensive test strategy aligned with the program’s goals and delivery methodology considering different testing types (functional, Non-Functional, performance, regression)
Experience in Dev-Ops compatible test methodology with adequate hands-on Test Automation
Experienced in conducting the testing with vended products in the architecture.
Ability to collaborate with tens of upstream and downstream systems.
Experienced in Test Environment Management and Test Data Management
Designed detailed test plans for each project within the program, outlining test objectives, scope, schedule, resource allocation, and test environments.
Leading and motivating a team of testers, assigning tasks, reviewing test cases, and providing guidance throughout the testing process.
Identifying potential testing risks within the program and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
Monitoring the execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to test plans, and managing test execution across multiple projects.
Tracking and prioritizing identified defects, ensuring timely communication with development teams for bug fixes.
Providing regular updates on testing progress, key metrics, and test results to stakeholders including senior management.
Enforcing quality standards throughout the testing process, ensuring that all software applications meet the defined quality criteria.
Continuously evaluating and improving testing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing new testing methodologies.
Collaborating with different stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and address testing concerns.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey testing status and issues.
Technical expertise in testing tools and automation frameworks
Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and troubleshoot testing issues.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Experienced in using ADO.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 – $90.00 per hour
