Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous testing, analysis, and adherence to industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to operate precision measuring instruments. The job would double as A service technician also.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products using tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
Analyze data collected during testing to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
Implement HACCP principles to maintain product safety and quality throughout the production process.
Participate in quality audits to assess compliance with CGMP regulations.
Document findings and prepare reports on quality assurance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits for traceability.
Experience
Proven experience in a quality assurance or service technician role is preferred.
Familiarity with micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, and other precision measuring tools is essential.
Knowledge of HACCP principles, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP regulations, and quality audits is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
