Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, including CGMP and ISO 13485, as well as proficiency in various inspection techniques.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Vision Inspection Systems to perform accurate measurements and assessments.
Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, including any non-conformities.
Perform quality audits to assess adherence to internal processes and external standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation related to quality control processes, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality management initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in quality inspection or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with quality management systems such as CGMP and ISO 13485 is highly desirable.
Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment, including CMM and Vision Inspection Systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
