What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring laboratory staff for optimal performance
Ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to laboratory protocols
Managing documentation like SOPs, protocols, and testing reports

Conducting OOS investigations and implementing corrective actions
Supporting training and team-based problem-solving efforts
Maintaining flexibility to support weekend/holiday operations as needed
About You
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related scientific field
Comfortable working in a regulated lab setting with cGMP standards
Confident conducting technical investigations and reporting findings
Ready to lead process improvements and drive operational excellence
