Responsibilities:
* Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.
* Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.
* Records test results on batch tickets and in company’s computer operating system.
* Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests.
* Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments.
* Maintain housekeeping of the working place.
* Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy.
* Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
* Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
* Support all Quality Control related initiatives.
Requirements:
* High school diploma/GED
* 3+ years related experience
