We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team at Polyclinic.ae. The ideal candidate will have UAE experience, a valid DHA license, and a strong background in laboratory operations, quality control, and accreditation standards. Key Requirements:
Valid DHA License:Â Must hold an active DHA license to practice as a Laboratory Technician in Dubai.
UAE Experience: Thorough understanding of local healthcare regulations and standards.
Technical Expertise:Â Proficiency in performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and histopathology, using advanced laboratory equipment and technologies.
Quality Control & Accreditation:Â Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and experience with international accreditation standards such as CAP, ISO 15189, or JCI. Ability to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and implement best practices in laboratory operations.
Analytical Skills:Â Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret laboratory results accurately.
Independence & Initiative:Â Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Problem-Solving:Â Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, ensure equipment calibration, and maintain optimal laboratory conditions.
Communication Skills:Â Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals and document laboratory findings.
