We’re looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to help us uphold our high standards and push the boundaries of excellence.

What You’ll Do
Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product standards.
Use Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods to optimize production processes.
Oversee quality audits, compliance, and change management for ongoing improvements.
Train and mentor employees on best practices in quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to implement new ideas and improve operations.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in quality management, ideally in printing or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage teams at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.).
