At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Springfield, MA!
This role operates on a second shift schedule, running from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday – perfect for those who thrive in the afternoon and evening hours.
Hourly range for this role is $21.50 to $33.50, depending on your experience and unique skill set. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talents and be rewarded accordingly!

The Role
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining top-quality standards. Using your expertise in visual and dimensional inspection with tools, gauges and testing equipment, you’ll ensure precision at every step. You’ll also assist with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) like penetrant and magnetic particle inspections, safeguarding product integrity.
Beyond that, you’ll help calibrate quality control equipment and take on diverse tasks that challenge and grow your skills. Everyday brings new opportunities to make a real impact.
