Position Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst for Consumer Communications, you will be responsible for auditing letters and other communications sent to consumers by the company. Your focus will be on identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies to ensure that all communications meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and provide positive customer experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining the companys reputation for clarity and accuracy in all written correspondence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed audits of consumer letters, emails, notices, and other forms of communication to identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.
Review content for compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Provide actionable feedback to content creators and other stakeholders to improve the quality and accuracy of consumer-facing communications.
Track and report on audit findings, trends, and recurring issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, compliance, customer service) to resolve issues and ensure that communications align with company standards.
Ensure all consumer communications are clear, concise, and user-friendly.
Support the development and implementation of best practices for communication quality control.
Perform ongoing training and knowledge sharing with teams to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality assurance, document review, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in written content.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to consumer communication is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other document management tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with legal or regulatory frameworks related to consumer communications (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA).
Experience with data tracking and reporting tools.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
