Laboratory Technician I Jobs in Mount Carmel, TN at INFRAMARK, LLC.
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to join our team in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in quality assurance and a strong understanding of food safety practices, GMPs, and regulatory standards. This position will require regular overtime, and candidates must be open and available to work extended hours as needed.
Direct Hire
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: Sunday – Friday, 12am – 8:30am (Must be open to OT)
Details:
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Monitor and verify sanitation and hygiene practices across the facility
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation
Investigate and report non-conformances, assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory and production testing equipment
Support QA audits and inspections
Communicate effectively with production and management teams to ensure product quality and safety
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of quality assurance experience in the food and beverage industry
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
