We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, familiarity with industry regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes in accordance with Company and USDA regulations.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and assist in the fabrication of corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout all stages of production.
Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as required.
Experience
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 – $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
