1. Responsible for Management system implementation and Internal quality of respectivedepartments

2. Developing and maintaining quality managementdocumentation and records.

3. Addressing and resolvingquality-related issues and non-conformities.

4. Driving continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance the branch’s overall qualityperformance.

5. Responsible and supporting all accreditation /Regulatory audits

6. Responsible for gathering and verifying allnecessary information to validate the complaint or appeal. Handlecustomer complaint, Incidents and take necessary correctiveactions.

7. Be familiar with Impartiality, Business risk procedure,risk matrix and proper implementation in operations. Key Skills   Organizationskill
