Job description
Quest Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Analyst with at least 2 years’ residential mortgage underwriting experience to join our team. This is an in-office position Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm for our Durham, NC location.
This position would consist of daily reviews of loan files on both prefunding and post-closing mortgage loan status, utilizing applicable investor and GSE guidelines as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
Quest Advisors, Inc. is a 3rd Party Mortgage Quality Assurance firm located in Durham, NC and has been in business since 1995.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily audits of post-closing and pre-funding mortgage loans, utilizing applicable investor and GSE guidelines as well as regulatory compliance guidelines. Analyzing the loan files for income calculations, assets, red flags, credit, collateral and applicable GSE and Portfolio guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $32.00 per hour
