Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections across manufacturing processes.
- Perform dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, thread gages, gage pins, and vision inspection systems.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments to guarantee measurement accuracy.
- Lead training sessions on quality standards, inspection techniques, and measurement procedures for inspection staff.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or hardware industries.
