About The Role
We are looking for a Lead Manual QA with 9+ yrs of experience in developing and executing test plans for Web applications.
Requirements
Work expertise on Functional testing, system testing and database testing.
Identify, report, and track defects in the software using issue tracking tools.
Ensuring that quality of applications meet the required standards.
Should hold very good knowledge of SDLC, QA process along with AGILE methodologies.
Experience in implementing Test plans, Test Frame identifying, and reporting these faults/errors using the JIRA defect tracking tool.
Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Continuously improve the testing process and implement best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the application meets the business requirements.
Staying up to date with the latest testing trends and technologies.
Analysing test results and reporting this to the development team.
Good Insurance knowledge will be a plus.
