Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Murex Automation QA to lead quality assurance initiatives for Murex implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep Murex domain expertise, and hands-on automation testing experience. This role involves defining test strategies, managing QA activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions across front, middle, and back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- 7+ years of experience in QA with strong experience leading QA teams for Murex implementations and enhancements.
- Expertise in test strategy, test planning, and test execution.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for Murex applications and integration testing.
- Strong knowledge of Murex workflows, trade lifecycle, interfaces, and front-to-back office business processes.
- Experience in regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing within Murex environments.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
- Experience with defect management tools and processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor QA team members and drive QA best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Murex upgrades, migrations, and transformation programs.
- Knowledge of financial products such as FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Risk Management.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and modern QA engineering approaches.
