Lead Process Technician – QA Visual Inspection Jobs in Durham, NC at Lilly
Quality Technician Responsibilities:
Run CMM
ISO Internal Auditor
Gauge calibration
Support production with recommendations for rework, scrap, accept or deviate
Support new product development
SPC and analyze charting
Create first article inspection documents for customers
Final inspection audits and in-process floor audits
Support customers with quality issues
Issue RMA’s
Prepare corrective action documents and supervise implementation
Basic floor support
Quality Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years Quality Tech experience with a knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC and gauging equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong data entry
Proficient in math
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
