Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products and features, managing parallel projects across multiple teams.
- Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate needs into actionable technical specifications and Jira tickets.
- Own product vision and roadmaps, partnering with engineering leadership to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
- Prototype new features and solutions, enabling rapid experimentation and validating feasibility.
- Bridge the gap between high-level business goals and robust technical execution.
- Facilitate agile processes and project tracking for efficient, on-time delivery and team collaboration.
- Oversee product quality assurance, release management, and maintain technical documentation standards.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong technical background with capabilities in prototyping, code review, and understanding of APIs and system architecture.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Tech Lead, or Technical Program Manager in fast-paced engineering environments.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and multiple priorities.
- Hands-on software engineering experience (such as Ruby on Rails, Go, PHP, or JavaScript).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar field.
- 3+ years in technical product management or tech lead roles.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in health tech or early stage startups.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Flutter, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka.
- Background in driving products from concept to launch within technical environments.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
- Ability to synthesize stakeholder feedback and align teams on technical deliverables.
