Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Strong management of the quality management system (QMS) and ISO standards compliance
Development, implementation, and control of quality-related documents, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Serve as the primary point of contact for ISO audit teams and customers regarding quality matters
Conduct regular floor audits to ensure adherence to QMS and ISO requirements
Manage customer feedback and coordinate timely responses from the QA team
Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
Provide training and guidance to the QA team to enhance their skills and capabilities
Maintain accurate quality records and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in production quality assurance
Thorough understanding of QMS, ISO standards, and quality management best practices
Proficient in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality control tools
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
