About the role
As the Lead Quality Assurance, you will Collaborate with Business Analysts and the Development teams to understand the requirements and develop test strategies that will validate the project deliverables
Responsibilities
Design & build automated test frameworks and test suites
Take defined Acceptance Criteria and turn this into usable artifacts that can be used by the development teams to execute against, and for the QA team members to validate to
Work with the Tech Lead to deliver high quality software, on time
Actively implement, execute and maintain smoke, regression test suites and test data pool Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
Report on test progress, metrics, issues and risks, as part of an Agile delivery team
Key Skills
Domain Expertise
â—‹ 5+ years of experience as a lead / senior developer in agile teams
○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering, with a preference for an MS or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics
â—‹ Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams
â—‹ Expertise in big data processing tools/languages and strong cloud implementation in cloud architecture
â—‹ Comprehensive knowledge of storage, network, compute services, and multi-zone, region-based designs
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Enterprise testing tools: JMeter, RunDeck, Ranorex, RunDeck and HP
Load Runner/VuGen
Microsoft Batch/PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of C++, C# and HTML/JavaScript (for scripting)
Ability to drive consensus within a team and influence outcomes in technical decision-making
Analytical and creative thinker
Previous SDLC experience in Agile Scrum, Kanban or Lean
Atlassian suite – JIRA, Confluence
Microsoft Visual Studio experience
