Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead QA Engineer in Rocklin, CA for 4 days onsite (Monday to Thursday and Friday WFH) for a 6 month contract to start. Summary: The Lead QA Engineer is responsible for adhering to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards, overseeing and/or participating in all aspects of release testing, overseeing deployments to QA test environments, providing technical and functional guidance to team members, and ensuring schedule adherence for assigned projects. The Lead QA Engineer is a star QA player with very strong communication skills, having an ability to clearly articulate the QA position in tight release schedules. Responsibilities:
A lot of cross functional collaboration: Test automation team; QA team; Offshore team
Lead the project and the team by example
Process, documentation, QA policy
Connect through Java to Tibco
Microservices Automation – API
Database Validation
XSD Validations
Requirements
All merchandise and logistics experience
Retail experience
Very hands-on/technical
Java experience
Tibco experience
DB and XSD Validation experience
Spring boot Framework experience
Microservice Automation experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
