Job Description

As a member of one of our Technology teams, you will contribute to building solutions that use natural language processing, cognitive computing, and artificial intelligence applications or the frameworks and infrastructure that support them.

The Lead QA Engineer works on testing all aspects of the Interactions Intelligent Assistant platform, including functionality, performance and documentation; the Lead QA Engineer also plays leadership role in the defining of test and release strategy and also mentors team members.

Define and execute test plans. Types of testing include, but are not limited to, regression, functional, systems, integration, load, and performance testing.

Conduct manual and automated testing of components in IVA platform.

Install and configure target application platforms for integration testing.

Assist with some aspects of software delivery (ie. Release)

Test platform installation procedures and accuracy of documentation.

Help plan and organize QA efforts related to Interactions software platforms

Mentor team members in the use of QA best practices

Contribute to documentation.

Assist in product support.
