The Lead
Quality Control

Quality Assurance
Engineer is responsible for the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) within marine site construction projects. This managerial role involves ensuring that all
quality assurance
and
quality control
processes are organized, efficient, and compliant with industry standards. The Lead QA/QC Engineer works closely with project QA/QC teams to monitor and evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to established quality protocols.
By fostering
collaboration
among teams and promoting a culture of quality, the Lead QA/QC Engineer plays a critical role in delivering high-quality marine construction projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Quality Management System Implementation Team Coordination Performance Monitoring Reporting Quality Control at All Phases Material
Requisition
and Receiving Training Development
KPI Development and Reporting
Process Improvement
Vendor Selection and Evaluation
Desired Candidate Profile
:
Minimum 10 Years of Work Experience in QAQC on marine construction
Certifications in Lead Auditor, CQI, IRCAKnowledge of Quality Management Systems Technical Knowledge in Construction Rock Works and shore protection:
Expertise in rock material inspection and testing, rock placement, construction methodologies, and civil works associated with marine works including concreting.
Groynes & Breakwater Development:
Understanding of the design, construction, and
quality assurance
procedures.
Quay walls & Revetment Techniques:
Knowledge of designs and construction practices of different types of structures.
Dredging & reclamation Operations:
Familiarity with dredging methodologies, equipment, and
quality control
measures related to marine excavation, reclamation, backfilling and shore replenishment.
Marine Structure:
Knowledge of marine structures, such as berths, Jetties, terminals, piling, precast structures, navigational aids etc.
