As part of our growth, we are looking for a QA Lead to join our team and support one of our key clients. You will play a strategic role in ensuring the quality and performance of software applications, while mentoring QA practices within the team and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Your Mission
As a QA Lead, you will:
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts for web and mobile applications
Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across cross-functional teams
Perform hands-on manual and automated testing to identify bugs, bottlenecks, and usability issues
Monitor testing progress, report metrics, and track defect resolution in collaboration with development teams
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
Ensure test coverage and quality gates for each release
Act as a mentor for QA best practices and support the upskilling of junior team members
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in QA
Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English (mandatory)
ISTQB certification or similar is a strong plus
