Position: Lead Quality Engineer for AI Systems
Enhance AI quality at a senior level with strategic testing as a Lead Quality Engineer. Design, execute, and monitor comprehensive test strategies for AI systems, ensuring high standards in safety and bias evaluation.
In this role, you will take charge of designing and implementing robust testing frameworks focused on AI models and systems. You’ll require at least 7 years of quality assurance experience, with significant exposure to technology and testing methodologies. Your responsibilities will encompass thorough evaluation of generative AI metrics, coordinating with developers and product owners to assure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute strategies for AI system tests
• Validate integration points and data quality
• Create automated testing frameworks to boost efficiency
• Coordinate regression testing for platform updates
• Define quality indicators and report insights
Requirements:
• 7+ years in quality assurance, 3+ years in leadership
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Java and Python
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools
Drive quality and integrity in AI with your expertise in testing, automation, and deep knowledge of LLM behavior.
