Job requirements: 10+ years of experience, experience in Credit/Loans and Enterprise Data Warehouse, ability to communicate at both technical and non-technical levels, leadership skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and build high-performing Agile teams.
Responsibilities: Champion the adoption of Scrum practices, lead increment & sprint planning sessions, ensure regular delivery of value to the organization, collaborate with Product Owners to prepare and clarify the product backlog, provide high-level product readouts for senior leadership, etc.
