Grey Parrot Systems is hiring a QA Lead to build our QA strategy, establish a QA Center of Excellence (COE), and lead AI-DLC quality engineering practices across our enterprise and AI-powered client engagements.

About the Role
You are hands-on enough to build automation frameworks and strategic enough to govern them. You will define GPARROT’s QA strategy, build the COE from scratch, and embed AI-DLC quality practices across engineering teams — using Claude to accelerate test design and generation every day. Salesforce QA experience is a strong plus — we have active CPQ, FSL, and Sales Cloud engagements where you will deploy immediately.
Must-Have Skills
- 8–12 years of QA / quality engineering experience
- Experience building or contributing to a QA strategy and COE — frameworks, standards, tooling, and governance
- Expert-level Playwright + TypeScript — building and governing production-grade automation frameworks
- AI-DLC quality engineering — MCP Playwright, MCP Jira, and AI-assisted test generation
- CI/CD quality integration — quality gates, automated test suites, and release readiness controls
- API testing — Postman, REST, and integration testing
- Performance testing — Artillery, JMeter, Gatling, or k6
- Jira and Zephyr — test management, traceability, and quality dashboards
- Hands-on Claude experience — generating test cases from user stories and accelerating quality documentation
What You’ll Do
- Define GPARROT’s QA strategy — quality vision, testing methodology, tooling standards, and governance frameworks
- Build the QA COE from scratch — reusable Playwright frameworks, API testing toolkits, automation playbooks, and quality standards
- Define and govern AI-DLC quality practices — MCP Playwright, MCP Jira, and AI-powered quality gates
- Use Claude daily to generate test cases, validate acceptance criteria, and build reusable QA prompt templates
- Train QA engineers on AI-assisted testing workflows and MCP-based quality automation
- Build and integrate automated tests and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor QA engineers and SDETs on automation best practices and AI-DLC workflows
