  • Supplier Development: Collaborate closely with suppliers to enhance factory operations, technical capability, and overall product quality.
  • Factory Auditing: Conduct comprehensive factory pre-audits to evaluate suitability, technical capability, and production capacity.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze product returns and customer complaints to identify failure points, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare concise technical management reports and communicate quality findings effectively to global stakeholders.
  • SOP Documentation: Develop and document standard operating procedures and protocols in collaboration with regional buying teams.
  • Project Leadership: Review buying briefs and lead pre-production meetings (PPM) for major seasonal projects and new product launches.

  • Professional Experience: At least 7–10 years of experience in factory production and quality assurance, with a strong focus on the production floor.
  • Multi-Category Expertise: Demonstrated technical expertise in both Apparel (textiles, garment construction) and Footwear (cementing, stitching, lasting, and material testing).
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is required to effectively communicate with factory leadership and technical teams.
  • QA Mastery: Expert knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, industry best practices, and international safety standards.

  • Integrity & Collaboration: High level of business ethics and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional retail environment.
