Role Overview – SQA Manual Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SQA Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based applications through effective manual and automated testing strategies in a Java environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain manual and automated testing strategies and frameworks
- Design and create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
- Execute test cases, analyze test results, and identify defects
- Collaborate closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing (SIT)Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test reports and release documentation
- Ensure product quality meets defined standards before release
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Java and web-based applications
- Experience with testing tools such as JUnit and Selenium
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience with test automation frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Working Environment:
