Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visual Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards . This position involves conducting inspections on finished trucks & truck equipment products. Completing small repairs & documentation or rejection of the unit. The Inspector will utilize visual skills and analysis to ensure product integrity at the end of the manufacturing process.
Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products using various techniques.
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions based on inspection findings.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control processes and inspection results.
- Utilize vision inspection systems for automated quality checks.
- Participate in training sessions related to quality assurance practices and procedures.
Requirements
- 3 years proven experience in a visual assurance or visual quality control role within a manufacturing or auto manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using a tablet & hand tools.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
