Job Descriptions
Preparing the manual of credit control, framework, and timeline to conduct credit reviews and clients visit.
Follow-up and assist to credit controller to finding on the branch implementation of Credit policy and procedure.
Review credit assessment done by field staff by checking on loan file and on-site/off-site visit as required.
Internal credit control report with risk and credit to mitigate un-complied on policy and guideline to comply with internal process and policy.
Provide necessary information and discuss all risk inherent in credit exposure.
Controlling Loan Monitoring Procedure from branch by managing watch list and control list report.
Controlling and Advising Non-performing Loan Monitoring with branch to leverage on and mitigate NPL.
Other task assigned by line manager.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Accounting, Banking or Finance, or relevant
Minimum 3years’s experience in banking and financial service industry especially in Credit, business banking or relevant field.
Understanding of the credit assessment process and ability to analyse and interpret.
Having high level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethic
Good in communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently as a team and individually.
Enable to work under pressure to deliver/compete/challenge assigned task with deadline.
