Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5.00 pm
Area: Rainham, Essex
Lifting Inspector/Tester Job Description: This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, knowledgeable lifting tester to join our team.
If you are LEEA approved with good knowledge of LOLER requirements then we offer a very competitive salary.
You will be responsible for testing a range of lifting equipment, carrying out repairs and completing relevant documentation. This will be mostly completed at our Rainham, Essex depot.

Lifting Inspector/Tester key responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of a wide range of lifting and manual handling equipment and accessories ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and legislation.
Produce clear and concise reports detailing all equipment examined, highlighting any defects or recommendations.
Perform risk assessments and method statements as required.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Become a valued member of our fitting team and the wider business
What Lifting Inspector/Tester will bring to the role
LEEA qualified.
Thorough understanding of LOLER regulations.
Excellent time management skills
A good eye for detail
Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Computer literate.
Full UK Driving License. Excellent time management skills with an eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with initiative
